Steps at a glance

  1. 1. Fold into a triangle

White side up as a diamond. Fold the top corner down to the bottom corner.

  2. 2. Fold the side corners down

Fold the left and right corners down to the bottom corner.

  3. 3. Fold the two points up

Fold the tips of the two flaps you just folded up to the top point.

  4. 4. Make the horns

Fold the top tips of the two flaps outward at an angle to make the horns.

  5. 5. Fold the front bottom point up

Fold the front layer’s bottom point up, stopping a little below the top.

  6. 6. Fold it up again

Fold the strip up again along the base of the horns. This makes the brim.

  7. 7. Fold the last point up behind

Fold the remaining back point up behind (or tuck it inside). Open the bottom and your helmet is done!
